Voyagers
Client: National Maritime Museum
Set in the new, contemporary Sammy Ofer Wing of the National Maritime Museum, Voyagers was conceived as a taster exhibition, showcasing the museum's vast range of exhibits and themes with a sophisticated combination of sculpture, AV installations, text and object displays.
The wave sculpture we commissioned fills the space, presenting rolling AV imagery that reveals the scope and content of the collection, while a 9-metre display wall delivers an edited and personalized snapshot of the museum's riches. The content and style of the exhibition reinforces the National Maritime Museum as a vital, fascinating and relevant museum for the 21st century.
